tuesday morning we are working for. you thanks for joining us i am megan pringle. >> i am charley crowson. let's say hello, to meteorologist lynette charles. >> good morning. we are dealing with patchy fog. not the wintery weather. it's going to take it make the roads a little bit difficult to maneuver this morning. so, take it easy out there. 42 right now in myersville as we look at the abc2 most accuratenumbers this morning. winds are on the light side. that's good news but that's another reason why we have the fog out there this morning. nothing to stir the atmosphere. 40 degrees in west friendship and we have the dew point the same and over in chestertown. temperatures at 30 degrees. and we are still looking at some fog across the area this morning as well. maryland's most powerful radar is dry right now. and it will stay that way for the most part today. especially if you look at it. but, if you are heading outdoors we could be dealing with shifting and drizzle

soldiers who received a successful double arm transplant and later this morning, we will meet the soldier and at a -- at a news conference. this is video before the transplant. he is the first soldier to survive after losing all four limbs in the iraq war. he underwent the complex transplant last month. it's the first time hopkins performed this double arm transplant. the surgery involved an innovative treatment that usedthe dead donor bone marrow sells to prevent his body from rejecting the new limbs. the operation was led by the plastic surgery chief here. the soldier will spent 3 to 4 months recovering and will return to a military hospital again that news conference is scheduled for 11 this morning. live at john hopkins linda so.
